We currently act for landlords based in the UK and overseas on all types of property from studio flats to luxury detached houses with rents ranging from £500 per calendar month rising to in excess of £2000 per calendar month. Offering three different services we can customise our service to suit most needs.

All our tenants are fully referenced by an outside referencing agency and a report compiled on them. Guarantors are also appointed if the tenants are not in full time employment.
