Once you have decided on which property you would like to make your new home, we take a holding deposit from you. The holding deposit ensures that the property isn’t offered to anyone else whilst your references are completed.
References that take place include:
1. Credit Check
2. Landlord Reference
3. Employment Reference
4. Sometimes a Character Reference
If you are a tenant lucky enough to live in a property managed by Daniels Property Services, you will experience being taken care of by a property manager, and only deal with one person in relation to your tenancy and property matters.
